Are Your Flipcharts Needing a Facelift?

Do you feel like your flipcharts have become kind of bland and boring?

Do you want to find ways to make them memorable and contribute more powerfully to the group insight and learning?

Are you curious to find ways to bring visuals and interesting layouts to your work to make your charts more engaging and interesting?

In this hands on, 3 hour workshop, specifically designed for facilitators and coaches who work with teams and individuals, you’ll learn some essential skills to improve your flipchart (and whiteboard) skills so your notes will have greater impact, memorability and credibility.

In “Flipcharts with Impact for Facilitators” you will:

  • Discover how and why artistic or drawing ability is not necessary for your charts to have visual impact
  • Learn essential lettering choices so you can do rapid capture AND your charts are legible and fun to read
  • Learn effective layout and use of containers to add visual interest
  • Be able to quickly and easily include basic icons and simple figures to your charts (and get an inventory of my own favourite visual icons to get you started)
  • Learn the most effective tools to use to make your flipcharts come to life. You’ll receive a curated kit of my favourite, go-to marker tools to get you started off on the right foot (a $35 materials charge will be applied at checkout)

The workshop will take place at the Verity Club in downtown Toronto (111d Queen Street East, corner of Queen and Jarvis) from 9-12. Further workshop details and information will be provided upon registration.

The registration fee for the workshop is $325 plus HST, plus a $35 materials charge for the markers you will be given.
